A humble person that always tries to find a solution to both big and small challenges that my colleagues have over time. I always tries to help even if I'm not sure what the challenge is at first sight, but together with colleagues I believe a combined workforce can solve most challenges that is an obstacle for colleagues, customers and stakeholders.
